Maryland's 7th congressional district of the United States House of Representatives makes up the entire city of Baltimore, and some parts of Baltimore County. It is a majority-African American district. Democrat Kweisi Mfume is the current representative since 2020.[3] Mfume had previously held the seat from 1987 to 1996.
