Masha & the Bear

Masha & the Bear is a Russian animated sitcom children's television series created by Oleg Kuzovkov and produced by Animaccord Animation Studio, loosely based on the oral children's folk story Masha & the Bear. The series focuses on the adventures of 5-year-old girl named Masha and a bear, her caring friend who always keeps her safe from disasters. The series first launched on January 7, 2009 on Russia 1 programming block then later Carousel.
