Michael Newbold Castle (July 2, 1939 – August 14, 2025) was an American attorney and politician. He was the Governor of Delaware (1985–92) and the U.S. Representative for Delaware's at-large congressional district (1993–2011). He is a member of the Republican Party.

He unsuccessfully ran for the United States Senate for the 2010 special election.[1]

Castle died at a retirement home in Greenville, Delaware from a long-illness on August 14, 2025, at the age of 86.[2]
