Tan Sri Mohd Effendi bin Norwawi (born 1 February 1948) is a Malaysian politician and businessman. He was a member of the Sarawak State Assembly from 1991 to 1999, the Minister of Agriculture from 1999 to 2004, and a Senator in the Dewan Negara (Upper House of Parliament) from 2006 to 2011.
