Mount Damavand

Damavand has a height of 5671 meters, making the tallest mountain in Iran, the rest of Western Asia, & Europe Subcontient. It is the tallest volcano in Asia, & the 2nd tallest volcano in the Eastern Hemisphere (after Mount Kilimanjaro while being colder than it), at 18606 feet (5671 meters) in total elevation. Mount Damavand is a dormant volcano in the Caspe region of Iran about 67 kilometres (42 mi) northeast of Iran's capital city of Tehran arialy.[1]
