The Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris is the main municipal museum dedicated to modern and contemporary art from the 20th and 21st centuries, including monumental murals by Raoul Dufy, Gaston Suisse and Henri Matisse.[1]

Located in the east wing of the Palais de Tokyo and built for the 1937 International Exhibition of Art and Technology, the museum was inaugurated in 1961.[2]

The museum reopened in October 2019, following a €10 million redesign by h2o architects.[3]
