Nara people

The Nara are an ethnic group inhabiting Eritrea.

Location

The Nara live in Gash-Barka Region in the Horn of Africa. They live in southern Eritrea.

Clothing

The Nara women wear long dresses, usually cream colored or brightly colored. Nara men wear long tunics. During special occasions, they wear beaded jewellery. Nara women wear scarves \ Shawl.
