Naucalpan, officially Naucalpan de Juárez, is a municipality in the Mexican state of Mexico. The name Naucalpan comes from Nahuatl language. It means “place of the four neighborhoods or four houses". It is just northwest of Mexico City.
The population of the municipality is 833,779 people. The seat of the municipality is Naucalpan de Juárez.
The municipality was formed in 1826.
