New York's 5th congressional district is a congressional district for the United States House of Representatives, represented by Democrat Gregory Meeks. The district is located in Queens. The 5th district also has the second highest percentages of Jamaican Americans, Bangladeshi Americans, Trinidadian and Tobagonian Americans, and Haitian Americans out of all of New York's congressional districts.[4]
