Nikolai Denkov Denkov (Bulgarian: Николай Денков Денков, born 3 September 1962) is a Bulgarian politician serving as the Prime Minister of Bulgaria from 6 June 2023 until 9 April 2024.[1] He was previously the Minister of Education of Bulgaria. Denkov is a physicist, physical chemist and chemist. He is a member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and was a lecturer at the University of Sofia.
He was elected a member of the Academia Europaea in 2019.[2]
