"Not a Criminal" is a 2007 song by American rapper Chamillionaire and American singer and songwriter Kelis. It was going to be a lead single on Chamillionaire's second studio album Ultimate Victory, but it was replaced by "Hip Hop Police".

The song has another version called "Not a Criminal Part II", it is made by American rappers Busta Rhymes and Snoop Dogg.

"Not a Criminal" was at number three on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart. In 2018, the song was released on Chamillionaire's album Greatest Verses 3.
