#1's is the first compilation album by American singer Mariah Carey. It was released on November 17, 1998. It features all of her Billboard Hot 100 number one singles and also includes four new songs. Carey was not happy with the album as she did not get to chose the songs that were on it and wanted to release an actual greatest hits album that would include songs like "Underneath the Stars" and "Breakdown".^[2]
