One Chicago (formerly One Chicago Square) is a skyscraper in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. The building would have two towers connected by a central podium.[1] When completed, the taller of the two towers would be the sixth-tallest structure in Chicago.[2]
The development has been approved by the Chicago Plan Commission for its zoning change and will have up to 869 residential units, both apartments and condominiums.[3]
