P-xylene
p-xylene, also known as para-xylene or by the systematic name 1,4-dimethylbenzene, is a chemical compound with the formula C6H4(CH3)2. It is one of three positional isomers (chemicals with the same formula and functional groups, but arranged differently) of xylene, and the most important of them for the chemical industry.[1]
