The Government of Pakistan (Urdu: حکومتِ پاکستان), uses a federal parliamentary system, with a President as the Head of State and an indirectly-elected Prime Minister as the Head of Government.
Organisation
The national government organises the provinces of Pakistan,[1] these provinces have their own governments that organises the divisions, the heads of the divisions are then in charge of districts and the leaders of the districts are in charge of the tehsils and Union Council.[2]
