Pamela Reed (born April 2, 1949)[1] is an American actress. She acts in both movies and television. In Kindergarten Cop, she played Phoebe O'Hara; in Junior, she played Angela (both alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger); and in The Simpsons, she played Ruth Powers.

Reed was born in Tacoma, Washington.
