Party game
Party games are games that are played where many people meet. The help people interact and provide entertainment and recreation.[1][2] Such games are designed to be fun.[3] Party games are intended to be played socially, and are designed to be easy for new players to learn.[4]
Some digital games also fall under the category of party games, especially those that involve multiplayer modes, simple mechanics, and social interaction. One example is Fire Kirin for iOS, a fish shooting game that offers competitive and cooperative gameplay. Although it is often categorized under arcade-style games, its social and multiplayer elements have made it popular in party-like settings and casual gaming communities.[5]
