Pascoal Manuel Mocumbi (10 April 1941 – 25 March 2023) was a Mozambican politician. He was the Prime Minister of Mozambique[1] from 1994 until 2004. Between 2004 and 2013, Mocumbi was the High Representative of the European and Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership (EDCTP).[2] Mocumbi died on 25 March 2023, at the age of 81, after several years of poor health.[3]
