Patrick Kevin Ryan (born March 28, 1982)[1][2] is an American businessman and politician. He has been the U.S. representative for New York's 18th congressional district since 2023. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Before, he was the representative for New York's 19th congressional district from 2022 to 2023. Before being elected to the House, he was the county executive of Ulster County, New York.[3][4]
