Paul Dooley Brown (born February 22, 1928) is an American movie, television, voice actor, writer, and comedian. He is known for his voice role as Sarge in the Disney-Pixar animated movies Cars (2006), Cars 2 (2011) and Cars 3 (2017). Dooley was born on February 22, 1928 in Parkersburg, West Virginia.[1] Dooley married Winnie Holzman in 1984. They have a daughter, Savannah Dooley.
