Penns Grove is a borough in Salem County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2020 United States Census, the borough's population was 4,837.[1] It is near the Delaware River.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough had a total area of 0.89 square miles (2.31 km2), all land.
