Phùng Quang Thanh (2 February 1949 – 11 September 2021) was Vietnamese politician and general. Phùng Quang Thanh was an officer of the Vietnam People's Army and a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Thahn died on 11 September 2021 in Hanoi, Vietnam from lung cancer at the age of 72.[1]
