Phan Văn Khải (listen; December 25, 1933 – March 17, 2018) was a Vietnamese politician and was the 5th Prime Minister of Vietnam from 1997 to 2006.
Phan Văn Khải died in Ho Chi Minh City on March 17, 2018 at the age of 84.[1]
