The Piano Sonata No. 19 in G minor, Op. 49, No. 1, is a short sonata by Ludwig van Beethoven. It was made public in 1805 but made 10 years earlier.[1]

The sonata is eight minutes in long. This sonata, along with No. 20, is sometimes called Leichte Sonaten.

Movements

The sonata has two movements:[2]

  1. Andante
  2. Rondo: Allegro
