Prince-Bishopric of Utrecht was a ecclesiastical principality of the Holy Roman Empire in the Low Countries.
History
The first bishop of this county was Willibrord, from 703.[1] He was then a Archbishop of the Frisian people.
In the Ninth century, Charlemagne reorganized the division of Netherlands.
