The Linhares smooth horned frog (Proceratophrys laticeps) is a frog. It lives in Brazil.[2][3][1]
Home
This frog lives in the dead leaves on the ground in forests. People have seen it in forests that are growing back but not in places that are not forests. Scientists saw the frog 500 meters above sea level.[1]
The place where the frog lives has many protected parks in it.[1]
Young
The tadpoles swim in streams where the water moves slowly. The mouth is on the bottom of the body.[3]
Danger
Scientists from the IUCN say this frog is not in danger of dying out. People change the places where the frog lives to make towns, places for animals to eat grass, tree farms, and other farms.[1]
