Proceratophrys phyllostomus is a frog. It lives in Brazil.[2][3][1]
Home
Scientists saw the frog on the dead leaves on the ground in forests that were never cut down and forests that were cut down and are growing back. Scientists saw the frog between 680 and 800 meters above sea level.[2][1]
Scientists found the frog near Reserva Particular Do Patrimônio Natural and Reserva Biológica Augusto Ruschi but they did not see the frog inside these places.[1]
Danger
Scientists from the IUCN say they do not know if the frog is in danger or how much danger it is in. People change the places where the frog lives to make farms, tree farms, and places for cows to eat grass. Scientists say that only some of the forest is being cut down now and not many people are making new farms. They think other places that were forest may be growing back.[1]
