Proxima Centauri d

Proxima Centauri d is a candidate planet to have been discovered in the Proxima Centauri system by the VLT-ESPRESSO spectrograph on the Very Large Telescope. It's a Mars sized planet orbiting 4.3 million kilometres from Proxima Centauri, putting it well inside the orbit of Proxima b and making it far too hot to be habitable.
