R262 (New York City Subway car)

The R262 is a planned subway car that will enter the NYC subway from 2026-2030 and will replace all remaining R62As and r62As so that must mean the 1 line will probably run on the r142 or r142A.and the 3 line will probably run on the r142 or r142A or r188 and the 6 line will probably run n the r188. the car is expected to have open gangways like the r211A.(and also the 5 train might run on it too).[1]
