Rafi Levi (22 February 1938 – 25 February 2021[1]) was an Israeli footballer. He played most of his career in Maccabi Tel Aviv. Levi made 17 appearances in Israel national football team from 1958 until 1960.
Levi died on 25 February 2021 at the age of 83.[1]
