Ram Baran Yadav (born 4 February 1948) is a Nepalese politician and physician. He was the 1st President of Nepal following the declaration of a republic in 2008.[1] He was president from 23 July 2008 to 29 October 2015.
Yadav was Minister of State for Health in the 1991–1994 Nepali Congress government.[2] He was elected to the House of Representatives in 1999.[3]
