Richard Samuel Benjamin (born May 22, 1938) is an American actor and movie director.[1] He directed City Heat (1984), The Money Pit (1986) and Made in America (1993). He was the lead actor in the short-lived 1978 TV series "Quark" where he played the Captain of a Sanitation Starship as "Adam Quark"
