Richard Steven Horvitz

Richard Steven Horvitz (born July 29, 1966) is an American voice actor and comedian. He voiced an eponymous alien in Invader Zim, Billy in The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Jonny 2x4 in Ed, Edd n Eddy, Kaos in Skylanders and Daggett in The Angry Beavers, and Moxxie Knolastname in Helluva Boss.
