Roger Ernest Hoy (6 December 1946 – 9 November 2018) was an English professional footballer. He was born in Poplar, London. He played as a defender.
Hoy made a total of 112 appearances in the Football League for Tottenham Hotspur, Crystal Palace, Luton Town and Cardiff City before moving into non-league football with Dagenham.
Hoy died on 9 November 2018 at the age of 71.[3]
