The Diocese of Albano is a Latin suburbicarian see of the Diocese of Rome in Italy. It is made up of seven towns in the Province of Rome. Albano Laziale is on the Appian Way about 15 kilometers from Rome.[1] In the 1720s, catacombs were found here.[2]
