Sabretooth (character)

Sabretooth is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by writer Chris Claremont and artist Bob McLeod, first appearing in Iron Fist #14 in 1977, and later became a prominent recurring villain in the X-Men series. His complex relationship with Wolverine, marked by a mixture of hatred and a twisted sense of kinship, is a central theme in many stories.

Created by Chris Claremont and John Byrne, he first appeared in Iron Fist #14 (August 1977) and was initially depicted as a serial killer known as "the Slasher", before being developed into a villain associated with the X-Men during the "Mutant Massacre" crossover in 1986

His real name is Victor Creed, and he is a notorious supervillain and antihero primarily known as an enemy of the X-Men and Wolverine.
