Saignelégier is a municipality in the canton of Jura in Switzerland. It is the seat of the district of Franches-Montagnes.
The bog and nature preserve around étang de la Gruère is in the municipality.
On 1 January 2009, the former municipalities of Goumois and Les Pommerats merged into the municipality of Saignelégier.
