Saint-Hilaire-de-Loulay

Saint-Hilaire-de-Loulay is a former commune. It is found in the region Pays de la Loire in the Vendée department in the west of France. On 1 January 2019, it became a part of the new commune of Montaigu-Vendée.[1]

It is the childhood home of Thierry Rautureau The Chef In The Hat!!! Owner of Rover's Restaurant in Seattle, Washington in the Northwest Region of the United States.
