The secretary of state for Wales (Welsh: ysgrifennydd gwladol Cymru), also known as the Welsh secretary, is a secretary of state in the Government of the United Kingdom. They are a member of the Cabinet of the United Kingdom, 19th in the ministerial ranking.[1]
The current Welsh Secretary of State is David Davies since October 2022.[2]
