Shabana Akhtar Bakhsh (born 9 November 1981) is a Scottish actress of Pakistani descent. She is best known for portraying the roles of Tasha Verma in the BBC medical drama Doctors (2004–2005), and Jasmine Koreshi in the BBC school-based drama series Waterloo Road (2007–2009).
