Sidi Bouzid Governorate (Tunisian Arabic: ولاية سيدي بوزيد Wilāyat Sīdī Bū-Zaid) is one of the twenty-four governorates of Tunisia. It is in the central part of the country. It covers an area of 7405 km².[1] As of the 2014 census, 429,912 people lived there.[2][3] The capital is Sidi Bouzid.
