Stephanie Beatriz Bischoff Alvizuri (born 10 February 1981)[1] is an Argentine-born American actress. She is best known for playing Detective Rosa Diaz in the FOX comedy series Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Jessica in the independent drama Short Term 12 (2013). She voiced Sweet Mayhem in the 2019 movie The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part and Mirabel in the 2021 Disney movie Encanto.
In July 2016, Beatriz revealed on Twitter that she is bisexual.[2][3]
Beatriz married actor Brad Hoss in 2018.[4] They have a daughter.
