Stephen Critchlow (16 November 1966 – September 2021) was a British actor. He was in episodes of Torchwood and Doctor Who. He has also appeared in Kenneth Williams: Fantabulosa! as Kenneth Horne. He also appeared in Skins.

Critchlow died in September 2021, at the age of 54.[1][2]
