Stephen Ira Cohen (born May 24, 1949) is an American lawyer and politician. He is the U.S. representative from Tennessee's 9th congressional district since 2007. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

Cohen is Tennessee's first Jewish congressman.[1][2] Since 2023, Cohen has been the only Democrat in Tennessee's congressional delegation. Cohen is a member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.[3]
