Telmatobius achachila is a frog. It lived in Bolivia millions of years ago. Scientists call this time the Miocene. Scientists found the frog's bones high on the high flat place, 3690 meters above sea level. The bones had turned to stone. Scientists looked at the frog's bones to see how Telmatobius frogs changed so they could live high in the mountains.[1]
