The Black Phone 2 is an upcoming American supernatural horror movie. It is expected to released on October 17, 2025.[1] It was directed by Scott Derrickson and produced by Jason Blum, Scott Derrickson, and C. Robert Cargill.[2] It is the sequel to the 2021 movie The Black Phone.
The movie is set in high school and Finney and Gwen have to try and stop The Grabber again.[3]
Principal photography for the movie started in Toronto on November 4, 2024 and ended on January 23, 2025.[4][5]
