Theodore Tugboat

Theodore Tugboat is a Canadian preschool television series created by Andrew Cochran for Cochran Entertainment which ran from July 5, 1993 to October 12, 2001 in Canada through Canadian Broadcasting Corporation then PBS Kids in the United States from October 20, 1996 to September 1, 2002. The series was filmed and set in Halifax, Nova Scotia, an anthropomorphic tugboat named Theodore who lives in the Big Harbour with all of his friends.
