Tobias Simpson Menzies (born 7 March 1974) is an English actor. He is best known for playing Frank and Jonathan "Black Jack" Randall in STARZ's Outlander. He also starred as Edmure Tully in HBO's Game of Thrones. Menzies also portrayed Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh in the third and fourth seasons of Netflix's series The Crown.[1][2]
