Tribeca Film Festival
The Tribeca Film Festival is an annual film festival held in Tribeca, Manhattan, New York City, New York. It was founded in 2002 by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, and Craig Hatkoff. The festival places an emphasis on promoting artistic activity in lower Manhattan, as well as innovation in the film industry. The festival also has a program known as the Tribeca Film Fellows, which focuses on promoting younger directors, ages 17-21, and their works.[1]
