Tropical Storm Debbie was a tropical storm in the 1965 Atlantic hurricane season. This was the sixth tropical storm in the 1965 Atlantic Hurricane season. It started on September 24 in the western Caribbean Sea. The storm then moved northwest for many days. On September 27, Debbie moved to the northeast in the Gulf of Mexico. The storm dissipated on September 30 in the east coast of Louisiana. In southern Alabama, the storm had 17.2 in (440 mm) of rain. There was lots of flooding in this area. There was $25 million in damage in the Mobile, Alabama area. There was not much damage in other areas.
